This is an internationally recognized instructor class that also qualifies for 8 hours of instructor development time for NRA recertification purposes. The NRA requires 24 hours of firearms related instructor coursework every three years to recertify under their LE programs. 

This course is designed for the agency that wishes to transition into adding the deployment of less lethal munitions into their use of force program. This program will help reduce liability in use of force situations and provide another less lethal option to control an aggressive subject or subjects safely while reducing the potential for injury to the officer or the subject.

This is an 8 hour course for experienced instructors that has a written exam and practical application of firing live rounds during controlled scenarios. This certification is valid for three years. Upon successful completion of the course the Instructor will be able to go back to their agency and develop a less lethal program with the police tactical shotgun and deliver proper training to all officers within their agency. This is a multi-duty ready course that is based upon the industry standard when deploying less lethal munitions.

The types of munitions used in the program: WASP, Safety SOC round, Stinger Balls (2 and 3) and the 145 dB distraction round.

No firearms will be permitted in class or on the range. This is a less lethal training program and all safety precautions will be followed.

The class cutoff will be 20 Instructor candidates. The course will only run with a 12 officer minimum. This is a pre-pay course. Thank you in advance!
